How do we halve the emissions of the built environment this decade?  How can designers be agents of mitigation and systems change?  Kelly will discuss the unique agency and advocacy architects and designers have to address the challenges we face across North America, speaking to the work Ha/f is doing with the Government of Canada, the City of Toronto, and designers across Canada, the USA, and the UK.
